Power Generation from Coke Oven Gas Using Chemical Looping Combustion: Thermodynamic Simulation

A chemical looping combustion (CLC) combined cycle with coke oven gas as fuel and NiO/NiAl₂O₄ as an oxygen carrier is proposed. The system was simulated by Aspen Plus® and the oxygen carrier circulation ratio was calculated. The effects of key operational temperatures and different gas turbines on the system performance were investigated. Under optimized conditions, a high CO₂ capture efficiency could be achieved. To capture CO₂ thoroughly, the PG6561B gas turbine can be employed, allowing for nearly 100 % CO₂ capture efficiency.     

Effects of spark plasma sintering on ferroelectricity of 0.8Bi3.15Nd0.85Ti3O12-0.2CoFe2O4 composite ceramic

The 0.8Bi_3.15Nd_0.85Ti₃O₁₂ (BNdT)-0.2CoFe₂O₄ (CFO) composite multiferroic ceramics have been fabricated by spark plasma sintering (SPS) at 850?°C. The relative density of as-sintered SPS ceramic reaches 97.4 (±0.3)%. The composites are composed of pure BNdT and CFO phases without any preferred c-orientation. The a-orientation preference is more obvious perpendicular to the pressure direction. The average grain-sizes of BNdT and CFO are 163 and 146?nm, respectively. The BNdT phase has more grains below 100?nm (～20%). The super energy-dispersive X-ray analyses suggest no serious reaction between BNdT and CFO. The Raman spectrum verifies the nano-structure of the SPS ceramic via the broadening bands and peak shifts. The Curie temperature of the SPS ceramic declines to 560?°C with stabilized dielectric loss. The grain boundary resistance plays a dominant role on impedance above 700?°C. The remanent polarization approaches to 15.2?μC/cm² (300?kV/cm) with lower coercive fields (?89/+95?kV/cm).     

Ferroelastic domain structure and phase transition in single-crystalline [PbZn1/3Nb2/3O3]1-x[PbTiO3]x observed via in situ x-ray microbeam

(1-x)Pb(Zn_1/3Nb_2/3)O₃-xPbTiO₃ ((1-x)PZN-xPT in short) is one of the most important piezoelectric materials. In this work, we extensively investigated (1-x)PZN-xPT (x = 0.07–0.11) ferroelectric single crystals using in-situ synchrotron μXRD, complemented by TEM and PFM, to correlate microstructures with phase transitions. The results reveal that (i) at 25 °C, the equilibrium state of (1-x)PZN-xPT is a metastable orthorhombic phase for x = 0.07 and 0.08, while it shows coexistence of orthorhombic and tetragonal phases for x = 0.09 and x = 0.11, with all ferroelectric phases accompanied by ferroelastic domains; (ii) upon heating, the phase transformation in x = 0.07 is Orthorhombic → Monoclinic → Tetragonal → Cubic. The coexistence of ferroelectric tetragonal and paraelectric cubic phases was in-situ observed in x = 0.08 above Curie temperature (T_C), and (iii) phase transition can be explained by the evolution of the ferroelectric and ferroelastic domains. These results disclose that (1-x)PZN-xPT are in an unstable regime, which is possible factor for its anomalous dielectric response and high piezoelectric coefficient.     

超高效液相色谱串联质谱法测定烟草中的噁霉灵残留

为降低烟草中噁霉灵检测中的基质干扰，提高检测灵敏度和和稳定性，通过试验建立了以QuEChERS为样品前处理方法、液相色谱串联质谱仪为检测仪器的烟草中噁霉灵残留检测方法。样品加水浸润后，经丙酮提取、盐析试剂包除水、石墨化炭黑除杂后，采用Agilent ZORBAX 300SB-C8液相色谱柱（2.1 mm×100 mm，1.8 μm）分离，甲醇-水程序洗脱，ESI雾化，串联质谱MRM检测。结果发现，该方法在0.0025~0.0500 mg/L范围内线性良好，决定系数r²=0.9996，定量检测限1.06 μg/L，回收率在90.8%~92.0%之间，相对标准偏差为5.1%。运用该方法测定烟草中的噁霉灵，操作简单，检测精度高，满足CORESTA对烟草农残检测的要求。     

转速对齿轮泵内流场空化强度的影响

针对齿轮泵中齿轮转速在500~3652 r/min的变转速条件下工作的实际工况,该文通过实验的方法研究了转速对某型齿轮泵内流场空化强度的影响。使用现有的齿轮泵测试实验台,对在齿轮泵转速改变的条件下,齿轮泵内流场的空化强度改变进行监测。由于空化无法直接测量,该文根据空化诱导振动理论对齿轮泵的振动进行测量,得到了齿轮泵内流场空化强度随齿轮转速上升而增强的规律。通过Pumplinx软件对内流场进行建模,利用软件特有的空化损伤模块进行了仿真验证,仿真结果表明齿轮泵内流场空化强度随齿轮转速上升而增强,与实验所得规律一致。本文所总结的规律对减弱齿轮泵内流场空化强度,提升使用寿命具有一定的参考作用。     

带延迟索赔和随机收入的离散风险模型的Gerber-Shiu分析（英）

破产理论是保险数学中的重要问题，它可以为保险公司决策者提供一个非常有用的早期风险预警手段．本文研究了一个带潜在延迟索赔和随机保费收入的复合二项风险模型．利用矩母函数的技巧，得到了 Gerber-Shiu 期望折罚函数的递推公式．特别地，还得到了贴现因子为 1 的特殊情形下的 Gerber-Shiu 期望折罚函数的解析表达式．最后还得到了实际应用中的一些重要的破产特征量，包括破产概率，破产时赤字的密度函数，破产前盈余与破产时赤字的联合密度函数，以及导致破产的索赔密度函数等．     

湿法炼锌赤铁矿法沉铁行为

湿法炼锌工艺过程中赤铁矿法沉铁技术是一种沉淀渣量小、分离效率高的锌、铁分离方法。针对湿法炼锌工艺过程中赤铁矿法沉铁技术开展了硫酸亚铁的氧化水解沉淀行为的研究，考察了时间、酸度、温度、硫酸盐浓度、晶种返回量等主要因素对赤铁矿法沉铁效果的影响、沉淀产物的析出特性和物相表征。
